Honestly, I absolutely loved my stay at Selina. My room was spacious and nicely designed, I had a fantastic view. The bed was gigantic, the shower was hot with a strong water pressure (even at the last floor), the room was regularly cleaned and tidied up. The food at the cafeteria was good, the breakfast is an absolute delight! Definitely worth paying for. All the staff were very helpful and available 24/7, I appreciated such attention very much. You rock, guys! I see some people complaining about the location but honestly it couldn’t be better! Everywhere is accessible by foot, the neighbourhood is nice and chill (not crazy noisy like the touristic center), I felt very safe. There was everything at the doorstep: pharmacy, good restaurants, laundry, atm.

The whole vibe is inviting and vibrant, I loved the decor (coolest reception desk ever). The food was good, the welcome drink was delicious, staff is friendly and efficient. Nice hot shower, fluffy bed, and really cool hang out areas. The location is right in the heart of my old neighborhood, very well connected and full of life. I booked a de-contracting massage and it was super relaxing, slept like a baby afterwards.

Stayed at Selina twice and got a private room both times. The private rooms are really spacious and well decorated. They very kindly gave me early access to my room after an overnight bus b/c it was available - life saving as I was not sure how I would kill 6 more hours until check in time. They also have left luggage which allowed me to leave my huge suitcase there instead of hauling it with me all over the country.

Gabo from the restaurant and girls on this were so nice and attentive to our needs, also the staff members of the hostel were kind during our stay. There are restaurants, parks, a shopping center, a market, a Catholic church, and facilities for transportation close to the hostel. Besides, there is a huge space for games underground.

Room was good - comfy and spacious with plenty of storage and plug sockets. Breakfast options and cafe generally were also good. Location was good for getting into the rest of La Paz, plus close to cable car stops and other bars/restaurants/shops/supermarkets/etc.
